All quarterly reports entered in this system serve as the foundation for the FY2026 Annual Report. Reporting Structure Note
The FY2026 reporting framework is program-based. Services delivered in Majuro, Ebeye (Kwajalein), and Neighboring Islands are reported within program and department reports, rather than as separate location-based reports. This approach follows the structure defined in the MoHHS FY26 Quarterly Report Template and supports consistent national reporting.
